Ongoing Medication Management
Regular follow-up appointments to monitor progress, adjust medications as needed, and support continued recovery.
Counseling Referrals
Coordination with counseling and behavioral health services to support a comprehensive recovery plan.

All addiction treatment and MAT services at Greenway Recovery & Wellness are provided by Stacey Moretz, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC — a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner with specialized training in addiction medicine.
Stacey's background in both psychiatric care and family medicine equips her to treat the full spectrum of needs that accompany substance use disorders, including co-occurring mental health conditions and general health concerns.
